Last updated: 14 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of IbaadU's website and B2B marketplace platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be a registered business or an authorised representative of one to create a vendor or buyer account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

2. Vendor Obligations

  • Provide accurate company, product, and pricing information
  • Hold a valid trade licence in your country of operation
  • Honour quotes and confirmed orders within stated lead times
  • Comply with all applicable export, import, and product-safety regulations
  • Maintain insurance appropriate for the goods you sell

3. Buyer Obligations

  • Provide accurate Procurement Request specifications
  • Pay confirmed orders through the IbaadU escrow system
  • Inspect goods promptly on delivery and raise disputes within the stated window

4. Fees

IbaadU charges vendors a transaction fee on successful orders. Current fee schedules are published in your vendor dashboard. There is no charge to browse, register, or submit Procurement Requests as a buyer.

5. Escrow & Payments

Funds are held in escrow by our regulated payment partner until the buyer confirms delivery or the dispute window closes. Disputes are handled by IbaadU mediation in line with the Dispute Resolution Policy published in the vendor and buyer dashboards.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The Service may not be used to list illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, controlled substances, or anything that violates the laws of the buyer's or vendor's country. We reserve the right to remove listings and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

IbaadU is a marketplace facilitator, not a party to the underlying sale contract between buyer and vendor. Our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai, UAE.
