IbaadU is headquartered in Dubai Internet City (DIC), one of the world's most prestigious technology and innovation hubs. Established in 1999, Dubai Internet City is home to over 1,600 companies including Microsoft, Google, IBM, Cisco, HP, Oracle, and thousands of technology startups. IbaadU's location in DIC reflects our commitment to building world-class B2B trade infrastructure rooted in the heart of the Middle East's most dynamic business ecosystem.
Dubai's strategic position at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa makes it the ideal home for a global B2B marketplace. Dubai International Airport handles over 90 million passengers annually, Jebel Ali Port is the world's largest man-made port and the busiest in the Middle East, and the UAE's zero corporate tax regime (outside free zones) and world-class financial infrastructure create an unmatched environment for international trade businesses.
IbaadU is committed to providing prompt, helpful responses to all enquiries. Our response time commitments are as follows:
Response times are calculated from the next business day if enquiries are received outside operating hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm GST). We do not operate on UAE national holidays.
Our Dubai office is closed on the following UAE national and public holidays in 2026. Enquiries received during holiday periods will be addressed on the next working day:
Exact dates for Islamic holidays are determined by moon sighting and confirmed one to two days in advance. We recommend submitting time-sensitive enquiries well before anticipated holiday periods.
Our office is located in Building 1, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE. The easiest way to reach us is by Dubai Metro — take the Red Line to Internet City station (DMCC area). From the station, Building 1 is a 3-minute walk. If driving from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), take the exit for Dubai Internet City / Palm Jumeirah. Visitor parking is available in the DIC car parks adjacent to Building 1.
For visitors coming from Dubai International Airport, the journey takes approximately 30–40 minutes by Dubai Metro (transfer required at Union station from the Green Line to the Red Line) or 25–30 minutes by taxi during off-peak hours. From Abu Dhabi, Dubai Internet City is approximately 90 minutes by road (E11 highway) or accessible via the E100 Abu Dhabi Metro-Bus intercity connection.
We welcome scheduled meetings with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and government agencies. Please email admin@ibaadu.com to arrange an appointment. Walk-in visits without prior scheduling cannot be accommodated due to building security requirements.

IbaadU was founded with a clear purpose: to make international B2B wholesale trade more accessible, transparent, and efficient for businesses in the Middle East and across the developing world. Our founders observed that while consumer e-commerce had transformed retail globally, B2B wholesale trade — responsible for the vast majority of global economic activity — remained stuck in manual, relationship-driven, largely offline processes.
In Dubai, the world's trading crossroads, a procurement manager at a UAE construction company still had to rely on a network of middlemen, trade shows, and personal introductions to source industrial materials from India, medical equipment from Germany, or electronics from Shenzhen. Meanwhile, a verified manufacturer in Pakistan with a world-class production facility had virtually no way to reach buyers in the GCC without expensive trade fair attendance, costly product certification processes, or the luck of a warm introduction.
IbaadU bridges this gap. Our platform provides the digital infrastructure that enables verified wholesale suppliers anywhere in the world to market their products to procurement professionals in the GCC and beyond, and enables those procurement professionals to source globally with confidence — knowing that every vendor on the platform has been verified, every transaction is documented, and every dispute has a fair resolution path.
A core principle of IbaadU is that geographic location and company size should not be barriers to international trade. A small manufacturer in rural India with a genuine product and a track record of quality should have the same ability to reach buyers in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha as a multinational corporation with a large sales force and marketing budget. Our free registration model, free product listings, and low-friction KYC process are all designed with this principle in mind.
IbaadU's multi-lingual support (English and Arabic are currently supported, with additional languages under development), multi-currency pricing display, and localized onboarding materials for vendors in South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Africa, and Eastern Europe reflect our commitment to serving global trade communities that are underrepresented on existing B2B platforms.
We actively recruit vendors from markets where production capacity is strong but access to international buyers is limited. Our PRQ system is deliberately designed to help these vendors succeed: instead of spending months and thousands of dollars attending trade shows, a vendor in Bangladesh can respond to a purchase request from a buyer in Qatar within minutes, at zero incremental cost.
IbaadU is committed to fostering trade that is not only commercially productive but also responsible. This means taking a firm stance against fraudulent accounts, counterfeit goods, trade-based money laundering, and any platform activity that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law. Our KYC program is the foundation of this commitment — every platform participant is a verified real business before they can transact.
We also encourage vendors to maintain transparency in their product listings: accurate specifications, honest lead times, and realistic quality claims. Procurers are expected to pay for goods they commit to buying and to raise disputes in good faith, not as a bad-faith tactic to avoid payment. IbaadU maintains the right to investigate, suspend, and permanently ban accounts that demonstrate patterns of behavior inconsistent with these standards.
Sustainability is increasingly important in global B2B trade, and IbaadU is attentive to this dimension. We are developing features that will allow vendors to display relevant environmental certifications and sustainability attributes on their product listings, making it easier for procurement teams with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments to source responsibly.
IbaadU is a young platform with ambitious plans. Features currently in development or planned for 2026–2027 include: a mobile app (iOS and Android) for vendor and procurer management on the go, Arabic-language full platform support, AI-powered PRQ matching that automatically suggests relevant vendors when a procurer submits a purchase request, a trade finance marketplace connecting qualified SME importers with lending products, an integrated freight booking tool for door-to-door shipment management, live product availability and inventory sync via API for large vendors, and an advanced analytics dashboard showing category demand trends and competitive pricing intelligence.
Enterprise clients with custom requirements are encouraged to contact us directly. We work with large procurement organizations and vendor groups to develop bespoke solutions including private label portals, custom integration with internal systems, and dedicated account management. Email admin@ibaadu.com to discuss enterprise options.
IbaadU has grown rapidly since its launch and today serves a diverse community of B2B vendors and procurement professionals across the Middle East and beyond. Our registered vendor base spans more than 40 countries, with the largest concentrations in UAE, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey. Procurers on the platform represent companies of all sizes — from SMEs with annual procurement budgets of USD 50,000 to enterprise organizations with multi-million dollar sourcing requirements.
The platform currently lists thousands of products across six primary wholesale categories: Electronics and Technology, Construction and Building Materials, Industrial Machinery, Medical Equipment, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, and Energy and Power. New categories including Food and Beverage, Textiles and Apparel, Automotive Parts, and Agricultural Products are scheduled for addition in the second half of 2026.
Our PRQ board receives hundreds of new procurement requests each month, representing collective sourcing demand of millions of dollars. Average response time from PRQ posting to first vendor quote is under 18 hours for popular categories. PRQ acceptance rates — the percentage of PRQs that result in confirmed orders — have improved steadily as the quality of vendor responses has increased and procurers have become more experienced with the platform's sourcing workflow.
IbaadU has been recognized by several B2B trade and technology communities for its innovative approach to modernizing Middle East wholesale commerce. Our platform has been featured in regional trade publications covering the GCC business ecosystem, and our founders have spoken at international trade conferences on the topic of digital transformation in emerging-market B2B commerce.
We are actively seeking partnerships with trade promotion organizations, chambers of commerce, and business associations across the GCC and our vendor recruitment markets. If your organization works with exporters or importers in our target markets and you are interested in exploring how IbaadU can add value to your members, please reach out to our partnerships team at admin@ibaadu.com.
IbaadU operates at the intersection of technology, trade, and trust — three forces that we believe are essential for transforming how businesses in the Middle East and globally source goods, manage supplier relationships, and execute cross-border wholesale transactions. Our commitment goes beyond building a functional platform. We are building an ecosystem that creates genuine, lasting economic value for every participant — from a small textile manufacturer in Lahore to a large procurement organization in Riyadh.
Every feature we build, every policy we enforce, and every partner we bring on board is evaluated against a simple question: does this make B2B trade more accessible, more transparent, or more efficient for our vendors and procurers? If the answer is yes, we pursue it. If the answer is no, we don't. This principle-led approach has guided IbaadU's product development since our founding and continues to inform every decision we make.
The GCC region's B2B trade sector is undergoing a generational transformation. A combination of factors — Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia, UAE Net Zero 2050 and National Industrial Strategy, Qatar National Vision 2030, digital government mandates across the GCC, a young and tech-savvy business population, and the rapid formalization of informal trade through regulatory improvements — is creating conditions for a fundamental shift in how B2B commerce operates in the region.
In this environment, IbaadU has a unique opportunity and responsibility. As one of the first purpose-built B2B wholesale marketplaces in the GCC, we have the chance to set standards for how digital B2B trade should operate in the region — standards for transparency (clear pricing, verified identities, documented transactions), standards for efficiency (fast PRQ response times, streamlined customs, integrated logistics), and standards for fairness (neutral dispute resolution, equal access for SMEs and enterprises, no pay-to-play listing mechanics).
We take this responsibility seriously. Our team of B2B trade professionals, technology engineers, compliance specialists, and business development experts is dedicated to building the platform that Middle East B2B commerce deserves. We invite vendors, procurers, partners, and supporters to join us on this journey — and we welcome your feedback, ideas, and collaboration at every step.
For any enquiries, partnership opportunities, vendor onboarding assistance, or general feedback, reach us at admin@ibaadu.com or by phone at +971 4 832 2447. Our Dubai team is available Sunday through Thursday, 9am to 6pm Gulf Standard Time.
Trust, transparency, and accessibility are the three values at the core of everything IbaadU builds. Trust means that every vendor and procurer on our platform is a verified, real business — and that every transaction has documentation, accountability, and fair dispute resolution. Transparency means that pricing, terms, and platform policies are clear, consistent, and non-discriminatory — no hidden fees, no pay-to-play placement, no preferential treatment for large clients at the expense of smaller ones. Accessibility means that our platform's core functionality is free for all verified participants, regardless of company size or geographic location, and that our onboarding is designed to be achievable for a first-time digital exporter in Bangladesh just as easily as for an established trading company in Dubai. These values are not marketing slogans — they are the criteria against which every product decision and business decision is evaluated by the IbaadU team every day. We invite you to hold us accountable to them.
IbaadU is committed to being the most accessible, transparent, and responsive B2B marketplace team in the region. Whether you are registering your first product listing, managing a complex multi-vendor procurement program, or evaluating a strategic technology partnership, our team is here to help you succeed. We believe that the best support is proactive — we would rather help you avoid a problem than resolve it after the fact. If you ever feel that IbaadU has not met the service standard you deserve, please tell us directly at admin@ibaadu.com. Honest feedback from platform participants is how we improve, and we take every message seriously.
