Is there a free trial for paid plans?
No automatic free trial is promised. Any trial or promotional period must be shown in the checkout terms before you confirm a paid plan.
What is the platform commission, and on which orders does it apply?
The plan table shows the platform commission configured for each account tier. The applicable rate and payment handling must be confirmed in the order and checkout terms; IbaadU does not automatically hold funds as an escrow agent.
What payment methods are accepted for subscription fees?
IbaadU uses Nomod for subscription billing — accepting Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All amounts are in AED. Invoices are issued for every payment for your accounting records.
Is KYC mandatory to list products?
No — Starter vendors can list up to 10 products without KYC. KYC verification is required to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, and to receive payouts above AED 1,000. Verified vendors display a verified badge that increases buyer trust.
Can I downgrade or cancel my plan?
You can submit a downgrade request from the Vendor Portal. The effective date and any billing consequence are confirmed after the request is reviewed.
Are buyer accounts free?
Yes — buyer accounts are completely free. Buyers can browse, send PRQs, compare vendor quotes, and place orders with no subscription fee. IbaadU earns a commission from the vendor side only.
