The GCC B2B trade market represents one of the most dynamic and underserved opportunities in global commerce. With a combined GDP exceeding USD 2 trillion and a strategic position at the nexus of three major trade corridors — Europe to Asia, Africa to Asia, and South Asia to the Mediterranean — the GCC region is a critical hub for wholesale trade in energy, construction, technology, healthcare, and consumer goods.
UAE alone accounts for over USD 400 billion in annual trade volume, with Dubai serving as the re-export capital of the Middle East. Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 program has unlocked trillions in infrastructure and industrial procurement spending, while Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman continue to diversify their economies with major capital projects requiring sophisticated B2B supply chains.
Despite this enormous market opportunity, B2B trade in the region has historically been fragmented, relationship-driven, and paper-heavy. IbaadU is building the digital infrastructure that will modernize this trade ecosystem — and our Partner Program invites forward-thinking businesses to grow alongside us.
Technology partnership candidates include enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement management platforms, warehouse management systems, transport management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, accounting and invoicing software, customs management platforms, supply chain visibility tools, and marketplaces complementary to IbaadU's focus.
Qualified technology partners receive access to IbaadU's full API suite, sandbox environment for development and testing, a dedicated technical account manager during the integration phase, and a joint go-to-market plan developed with IbaadU's business development team. Co-marketing activities include joint press releases, case study publication, webinar appearances, and listing in IbaadU's partner directory.
All technology integrations go through a certification process before being listed as "IbaadU Certified Integrations" in our partner directory. Certification involves a technical review of the integration by IbaadU's engineering team, a security assessment, a functional test against our integration checklist, and a 30-day beta period with pilot customers before general availability.
Certified integrations are maintained actively by the technology partner and reviewed annually. IbaadU may revoke certification if the integration fails to maintain compatibility with API updates or if security vulnerabilities are identified and not remediated within agreed timelines.
Logistics partners include international freight forwarders, customs brokers registered with UAE Federal Customs Authority or any GCC customs authority, warehousing and fulfillment companies, last-mile courier services operating within GCC countries, and specialized logistics providers handling reefer, hazardous, or oversize cargo.
Interested logistics companies must hold valid operating licenses in their jurisdiction, maintain a track record of at least three years in B2B logistics, and be willing to provide IbaadU's verified vendors and procurers with competitive rate quotations within 24 hours of a logistics request submission.
IbaadU's logistics integration allows partner companies to receive shipment requests directly from the platform's order management system. When a vendor dispatches an order on IbaadU and selects your company as their logistics provider, a structured shipment request is automatically pushed to your system via our logistics API. Rate confirmation, booking reference, and tracking updates flow back to IbaadU in real time, keeping both buyer and vendor informed of shipment status without manual updates.
IbaadU's referral partners range from boutique trade consultancies serving SME exporters to large industry associations representing thousands of manufacturers. The most successful referral partners are those with existing relationships in our target vendor recruitment markets: South Asia (particularly India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh), Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand), East Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania), and Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania).
A typical referral partner relationship works as follows: the partner identifies a cluster of wholesale suppliers who would benefit from IbaadU's platform — for example, a textile manufacturer's association in Bangladesh or an electronics exporters forum in Shenzhen. The partner introduces IbaadU to the association, facilitates a group onboarding session (in-person or virtual), and earns a referral commission for each vendor that completes KYC verification and activates their trade hub.
The partner application process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. It involves four steps. First, submit your initial application by emailing admin@ibaadu.com with subject "Partner Program Application" and the information described above. Second, within five business days, our partnerships team reviews your application and schedules an introductory call if you meet the basic qualification criteria. Third, the introductory call covers your business, the partnership opportunity, commercial terms, and next steps. Fourth, if both parties wish to proceed, a partnership agreement is drafted and signed — this typically takes 5–10 business days.
We look forward to building with you. IbaadU's growth depends on a strong ecosystem of partners who share our commitment to transparent, efficient, and trust-based B2B trade in the Middle East and beyond.
The Middle East B2B trade ecosystem is at an inflection point. The combination of Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia, UAE's National Industrial Strategy, Qatar's National Vision 2030, and similar diversification programs across the GCC is creating an unprecedented wave of new B2B procurement demand. Simultaneously, the region's import-dependent economies are under increasing pressure to develop local supply chains and diversify supply sources away from single-country dependencies.
This convergence of demand growth and supply diversification creates an enormous opportunity for platform businesses that can efficiently connect buyers and sellers. IbaadU is positioned at this nexus, and we are actively seeking partners who understand the regional market and can help us scale our vendor and procurer networks across key geographies.
Export promotion agencies, free trade zone authorities, chambers of commerce, and trade ministries are among the most valuable potential partners for IbaadU. These organizations have existing relationships with clusters of exporters and manufacturers who are precisely the vendors we seek to onboard. A single partnership with a national export promotion agency can connect IbaadU with hundreds or thousands of verified exporters in a single market.
IbaadU has developed a specific program for government and trade promotion organization (TPO) partners. Under this program, the TPO facilitates group onboarding sessions for their member exporters, assists with document collection for KYC, and serves as a first point of contact for member queries. In return, IbaadU provides the TPO with co-branded marketing materials, a dedicated onboarding portal for their members, and a dashboard showing their members' activity and transaction volumes on the platform.
Industry associations in target sectors — construction materials, industrial machinery, electronics, textiles, medical equipment, food processing — have deep relationships with manufacturers and distributors in their sector. A partnership with a textile manufacturers association in Bangladesh, for example, could introduce hundreds of verified garment and fabric exporters to IbaadU's GCC buyer network simultaneously.
For industry association partners, IbaadU offers sector-specific onboarding collateral (translated into Bengali, Hindi, Vietnamese, Indonesian, etc. where applicable), sector-specific PRQ matching (PRQs for textiles are prominently shown to textile vendor members), and special recognition in the platform for association-affiliated vendors.
A growing category of partners is the digital commerce enabler: companies that help traditional manufacturers and exporters in emerging markets transition to online sales channels. These companies may provide services including product photography, listing optimization, translation, digital marketing, logistics coordination, and customer service outsourcing. IbaadU views these companies as valuable force multipliers that help vendors succeed on the platform by handling operational aspects of e-commerce that manufacturers are not set up to manage internally.
Digital commerce enabler partners receive access to multi-vendor API credentials that allow them to manage multiple vendor accounts from a single interface, bulk upload tools for rapid product listing at scale, and a performance dashboard showing aggregate metrics across their managed vendor accounts. Compensation for enablers is negotiated individually based on the volume and retention of vendors they onboard and support.
IbaadU provides all active partners with a Partner Resource Centre containing up-to-date marketing materials, platform documentation, onboarding guides for vendors and procurers, brand assets, FAQs, and contact information for the IbaadU partnerships team. The Resource Centre is accessible via a partner login provided at the start of the partnership.
A quarterly Business Review call is scheduled with all active partners to review performance metrics, discuss challenges, share platform roadmap updates, and align on goals for the coming quarter. Partners with strategic importance may be invited to participate in early access programs for new platform features before general release.
IbaadU's partnerships team is based in Dubai and available Sunday through Thursday, 9am–6pm GST. All partner enquiries are handled within one business day. Escalations to senior management are available for issues that cannot be resolved at the team level within 48 hours.
All IbaadU partners sign a formal Partnership Agreement before activating their partnership. The agreement covers the scope of the partnership (referral, technology integration, logistics provision, etc.), commercial terms including commission rates and payment schedules, exclusivity terms (if applicable), confidentiality obligations for both parties, term and termination provisions, data protection and privacy obligations consistent with UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law), and dispute resolution procedures.
Agreements are drafted in English and governed by UAE law. Digital signing via DocuSign is accepted. The typical turnaround from agreement draft to signed agreement is 5–10 business days, subject to any legal review requirements on the partner's side. If you have your own standard partnership agreement template, we are willing to review it as a starting point for negotiation.
To start a conversation about any partnership category, email admin@ibaadu.com with "Partner Program Application" in the subject line. Include your company name, website, the type of partnership you are seeking (technology, logistics, trade finance, referral, or government/TPO), and a brief description of your business and how you envision the partnership working. Our partnerships team is based in Dubai and operates Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pm GST.
IbaadU operates at the intersection of technology, trade, and trust — three forces that we believe are essential for transforming how businesses in the Middle East and globally source goods, manage supplier relationships, and execute cross-border wholesale transactions. Our commitment goes beyond building a functional platform. We are building an ecosystem that creates genuine, lasting economic value for every participant — from a small textile manufacturer in Lahore to a large procurement organization in Riyadh.
Every feature we build, every policy we enforce, and every partner we bring on board is evaluated against a simple question: does this make B2B trade more accessible, more transparent, or more efficient for our vendors and procurers? If the answer is yes, we pursue it. If the answer is no, we don't. This principle-led approach has guided IbaadU's product development since our founding and continues to inform every decision we make.
The GCC region's B2B trade sector is undergoing a generational transformation. A combination of factors — Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia, UAE Net Zero 2050 and National Industrial Strategy, Qatar National Vision 2030, digital government mandates across the GCC, a young and tech-savvy business population, and the rapid formalization of informal trade through regulatory improvements — is creating conditions for a fundamental shift in how B2B commerce operates in the region.
In this environment, IbaadU has a unique opportunity and responsibility. As one of the first purpose-built B2B wholesale marketplaces in the GCC, we have the chance to set standards for how digital B2B trade should operate in the region — standards for transparency (clear pricing, verified identities, documented transactions), standards for efficiency (fast PRQ response times, streamlined customs, integrated logistics), and standards for fairness (neutral dispute resolution, equal access for SMEs and enterprises, no pay-to-play listing mechanics).
We take this responsibility seriously. Our team of B2B trade professionals, technology engineers, compliance specialists, and business development experts is dedicated to building the platform that Middle East B2B commerce deserves. We invite vendors, procurers, partners, and supporters to join us on this journey — and we welcome your feedback, ideas, and collaboration at every step.
For any enquiries, partnership opportunities, vendor onboarding assistance, or general feedback, reach us at admin@ibaadu.com or by phone at +971 4 832 2447. Our Dubai team is available Sunday through Thursday, 9am to 6pm Gulf Standard Time.
IbaadU's partnership program is designed for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships — not transactional one-off referral arrangements. Our most successful partners grow with us over years, not months. As the platform scales, partner earnings grow, the value we can offer their clients increases, and the depth of integration between our systems deepens. We invest in partners who invest in us: through dedicated account management, custom integration support, co-marketing programs, and early access to new platform capabilities. If you are looking for a platform partner that will treat your relationship as a strategic asset and not just a referral source, we believe IbaadU is the right fit. We look forward to starting that conversation.
